Értesítjük kedves látogatóinkat, hogy a Központ és a könyvtár nyitvatartási ideje 2021. augusztus 30-tól az alábbiak szerint változik!

A könyvtárunk 2021. szeptember 11-től szombaton is nyitva tart, 9 órától 13 óráig.

A nyitvatartási időn kívüli látogatás előzetes egyeztetés alapján lehetséges.

Látogatási feltételek:

-Védettségi igazolvány (kártya vagy EESZT applikáció, személyi igazolvánnyal vagy útlevéllel együtt érvényes) vagy 72 óránál nem régebbi negatív PCR teszt bemutatása.

-Védettségi igazolvánnyal nem rendelkező kiskorúak csak védettségi igazolvánnyal vagy 72 óránál nem régebbi negatív teszttel rendelkező felnőtt kíséretében jöhetnek be.

-Testhőmérséklet mérés a recepción. Amennyiben testhőmérséklete meghaladja a 37.5-ös értéket vagy más, betegségre utaló panasza van, kérjük ne látogassa intézményünket, amíg a tünetek megszűnnek vagy orvos igazolja a betegség kizárhatóságát. Kérjük, hogy az épületben kiemelten figyeljen a higiéniára! 

-A látogatók és a dolgozók biztonsága érdekében kötelező marad a maszkviselés (gyermekek számára is) és a távolságtartás, ajánlott a kézfertőtlenítés. Kérjük a látogatókat, hogy a Központ területén mellőzzék az étkezést. 

-Azon személyek, akik a koronavírus elleni védettséget nem tudják igazolni, a hatályos kormányrendeletek értelmében nem léphetnek be a Központba. A belépési jogosultság ellenőrzése során a Központ személyes adatokat nem rögzít, adatkezelés nem történik.

Notice about the change of opening hours

We would like to inform our visitors that the opening hours of the Center and the Library will change from 30 August, 2021 as follows.

Monday - Friday: 12:00 - 20:00

Our Library will be open on Saturdays from 11 September, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Visits outside the opening hours require booking an appointment in advance.

Terms and Conditions:

-Visitors must have an IP card (or the EESZT application downloaded and their proof of immunity presented, valid only with an ID card or a passport) or a negative PCR test not older than 72 hours. These documents must be presented at the reception.

-Minors without an IP card can only enter the premises accompanied by an adult who has an IP card (or the application downloaded and their proof of immunity presented, valid only with an ID card or a passport) or a negative PCR test not older than 72 hours. 

-Visitors must consent to their temperature being checked at the reception. In case of having a temperature of 37.5 or above, or having any other symptoms indicating an illness we kindly ask the visitor to refrain from visiting the Korean Cultural Center in Budapest until they have recovered or obtained a medical certificate stating that they are in good health. We kindly request that all visitors pay close attention to personal hygiene. 

-To protect both visitors and staff, social distancing and wearing a mask covering both one’s nose and mouth throughout the premises of the KCC remains mandatory (for children as well). We kindly request that all visitors use hand sanitizers and refrain from eating.

-Visitors who are unable to provide a proof of immunity, in accordance with the current government decree, cannot enter the premises of the Korean Cultural Center in Budapest. During the process of checking visitors’ eligibility to enter we do not record personal information, no data management takes place.
